This is my favorite way of roasting potatoes. 400g potatoes cut into 1,5 cm thick wedges 1 tbsp oil 4 tbsp parmesan - grated 1 tbsp flour 2 tsp rosemary finely chopped 2 cloves of garlic minced. Bake uncovered in the center rack for 30-40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.Roast until the bottoms are starting to turn golden-brown, about 30 minutes. Spray the tops of the potatoes with non-stick spray (or brush them with oil) and sprinkle on a little more seasoning.
